Introduction
This document describes the various procedures available to factory reset an H200.
Prerequisites
Using firmware version 2320 or newer.
Summary
On device factory reset, via Settings Menu
Perform the following steps to factory reset your media player, directly from its graphic interface.
- Power on the media player.
- Using your remote control, open the Amino Settings menu.
- Navigate to System and click on "Firmware Management"
- Select "Factory Reset"
Factory Reset via Orchestrate
Perform the following steps to factory reset your media player with Orchestrate. The method only applies to media players which are already added as a device to the Amino Orchestrate platform.
- Login to Orchestrate.
- Confirm Organization: make sure you are in the correct organization (domain) within Orchestrate. Check the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen (e.g., "Organization" in the example).
- Navigate to Device List: On the left-hand menu panel, click on the "Devices" tab to expand it. Then, select "Device list" from the expanded options.
- Select your device: A list of registered devices in your organization will appear, click on the serial number of the specific device you wish to reset (e.g., "107-10880966" in the example). This action will open the device's information page.
- Factory Reset: On the device's detail page, locate the "Power" button at the top right. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu. From this menu, select "Factory reset".
Factory Reset from the Reset Button

Press the reset button inside the pinhole. The media player will reboot and perform a factory reset.
