New and updated features
ENAFR-224 - We’ve improved error messages for invalid channel line-up inputs to provide clearer guidance to users.
ENAFP-232 - We’ve implemented a new device parameter “globalkey.receive_target” to control the target application to receive global key press. A new intent “com.aminocom.intent.action.GLOBAL_BUTTON” is introduced for the application to receive the global key.
ENAFP-250 - We’ve implemented a new feature under developer options of setting page for the user to generate bug report file and save to an external USB storage.
ENAFP-287 - We’ve made improvements to the connectivity test APP. A new option “Diagnostic” was added to show the connection status of specific IPs and Ports.
ENAFR-288 - We’ve implemented a new option under the settings menu to control the output screen oriental. In addition, a new EELM API “/system/rotation” was added to control the output screen oriental.
ENAFR-290 - We’ve extended support for touchscreen devices in the setting menu, setup wizard, and Zapper lineup editor.
ENAFR-294 - A new user interface assists users in correctly formatting external storage in order to run the AppSpace application.
Bug fixes
ENASP-85 - We’ve improved the robustness of the firmware upgrade
ENASP-95 - Introduced a new device parameter setting: “player.detect_access_units.enable.” Setting the value to true will enable the decoding of MPEG-TS streams that do not contain access unit delimiters (AUD).
ENASP-96 - Corrected the option description of the following device parameters: default.datetime.ntp_sync, default.datetime.time_zone, default.datetime.24_hour_format, default.audio.system_sound, default.audio.surround_sound, default.standby.screen_off_timeout, default.standby.sleep_timeout, default.system_language.
Known issues
ENA-1195 - Video freezes after unplugging and reconnecting HDMI cable on channels with AC3 audio. A channel change can resume video playback.
ENA-1959 - Some WebRTC streams may present distorted audio when the zapper is set in the background. Normal audio returns when the zapper is set in the foreground.
ENA-2224 - Live channel latency is significant after data discontinuity event
