A Bug Report contains detailed system logs, app activity, and device information to help diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
Prerequisites
This article assumes that you own an H-Series media player containing the 25.6.2420.10R firmware or above, USB storage and you have a basic understanding of the Amino Orchestrate platform.

Summary
It is very important to always generate a Bug Report during the session when the issue is reproduced. All data and evidence of the issue will be lost after a reboot.
Generate a Bug Report using Orchestrate
Select the device you wish to generate the Bug Report.
For that, access the main page on your Orchestrate account and go to:
- Device -> Device List -> Click on the desired serial number
Go to the Bug Reports tab in the settings menu.
Click the “Generate bug report” button.
Wait for the report to be generated. Once it's ready, a download icon will appear next to it.
Click the icon to download the report file.
Generate a Bug Report using the Remote Control
1. Open the Amino Settings Menu by pressing the 'Menu' button on the remote control, go to System, Developer Options, Bug Reports, and select Generate Bug Report.
2. The Bug Report will be generated in approximately 1 minute.
3. Insert the USB storage and select the Bug Report to start the file transfer.
4. Once the file transfer is completed you will see the screen below.
5. Select Eject USB to safely remove the USB storage and you are ready to go.
